Throughout the country, at least one or two water park accidents occur every year. Among these accidents, half are caused by water amusement facilities and equipment. Whether a water park can survive, or whether tourists will go to your water park, the safety of amusement equipment is the primary criterion. It is no exaggeration to say that the safety of amusement equipment is the basis for the success of water park.
Since the safety of water park equipment is so important, how to improve its safety? The author believes that the following points can not be ignored.
1. Raise the access threshold and strictly check the review. Relevant state departments should raise the access threshold for manufacturers and installation units of water amusement facilities. By implementing the manufacturing license system, control the scale and quantity of enterprises, maintain normal production order and improve product quality. The State shall also formulate industry standards for the production, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of water amusement facilities and equipment to ensure that manufacturing (installation) units have rules to follow and evidence to follow. Relevant departments shall supervise and spot check the production and installation process of water park equipment manufacturer, and effectively control the operation of the enterprise's products and quality system. By raising the threshold, formulating standards and strict supervision, amusement equipment manufacturers can always plant the equipment safety awareness of water park in their mind, so as to make safety a habit and dare not slack off.
2. Comply with civil engineering specifications and standardize scientific construction. The water pool, machine room pipe trench, equipment foundation, etc. of the water park must comply with the specification requirements of civil engineering in the construction process, and shall not operate in violation of regulations in order to catch up with the construction period. At present, the most controversial issues of water park are: what is the best material for the bottom of wave making pool and water falling pool? What is the most antiskid material for the water park road? The quality of civil engineering is not guaranteed, and it is useless to use any materials. Most of the foundation sinking, pipeline fracture and pool surface decoration falling off in the water park are caused by the rush period, so we must respect science and standardize the construction standard.
3. Test repeatedly to avoid risks. Not paying attention to details in the construction process is the biggest reason for the frequent injury accidents of tourists in the water park. Poor anti-skid measures, falling, scratching and bumping, edges and corners, too strong artificial wave making intensity are all important reasons for tourists' injuries. Therefore, the water park must be tested repeatedly in the construction and trial operation stage, and the potential safety hazards found must be modified and adjusted in time. All places where tourists may come into contact must be handled carefully to ensure the safety of tourists.
Only through scientific design, precision manufacturing, standardized construction, repeated testing and strict review, can the safety of amusement equipment be ensured and the water park project have sustainable vitality.
